Meet Your Facilitator
Gail Ross Brown is a seasoned legal secretary, paralegal, and commissioned Pennsylvania notary public with decades of hands‑on experience supporting attorneys, guiding clients, and training new notaries in real‑world legal environments. Her career spans law firms, community service, ministry, and public‑facing roles that have shaped her into a confident, compassionate, and highly skilled facilitator.
In addition to her notary work, Gail is a loan signing agent, wedding officiant, and experienced workshop leader, known for her ability to break down complex information in a warm, relatable way. Throughout her legal secretarial career, she trained newly assigned notaries, participated in software testing and implementation at multiple firms, and became a trusted voice in workflow improvement and professional development.
Gail is no stranger to being “in front of the mic.” She has been singing for over 30 years, serving faithfully in music ministry and connecting with people through worship, encouragement, and presence. She has also been a proud Toastmaster since 2009, sharpening her communication skills and developing the confident, engaging speaking style she brings to every training.
At the heart of her work is connection — creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered. She and her husband, Leslie Charles Brown, are happily married and united in their commitment to service and community impact. Together, they founded Get Fit for God, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening bodies, minds, and spirits through faith‑centered wellness. Their shared mission reflects the values they live every day — purpose, partnership, and a desire to uplift others.
Whether she’s teaching, singing, facilitating, or notarizing, Gail brings warmth, clarity, and a genuine love for people.
